1. The Promotion
Under the “Mother’s Day Bundle Gifting” promotion (the “Promotion”), customers who purchase any three (3) UV/Gel Halal Varnishes from Delicatus Boutique will receive one (1) complimentary Mother’s Day Spa Kit, which includes bath roses, spa accessories and a sweet treat.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 20, 2026 and ends on May 17, 2026, or strictly while supplies last, whichever comes first.
3. Eligibility & Qualifying Purchase
3.1. To qualify for the free Spa Kit, customers must add a minimum of three (3) UV/Gel Halal Varnishes to their shopping cart in a single transaction.
3.2. The offer applies to all shades in the UV/Gel Halal Varnish collection, including but not limited to the new “Craving” and “Seduction” jelly nail shades.
3.3. The Promotion is available for purchases made exclusively online at delicatusboutique.com.
4. Offer Mechanics & Limitations
4.1. Automatic Application
The free Spa Kit will automatically be added to the customer’s cart once the qualifying items (3 varnishes) are added.
4.2. Limit
There is a limit of one (1) free Spa Kit per order/transaction, regardless of the total number of varnishes purchased.
4.3. Availability
The promotional gifts (bath roses, spa accessories and treat) are strictly subject to availability. Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value if the original promotional stock runs out.
4.4. The free gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed or swapped for cash or store credit.
4.5. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, or prior purchases unless explicitly stated.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and are not included in the promotional price.
5.2. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment.

5.3. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processes.
5.4. The Bundle will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Due to the limited-edition nature and hygiene considerations associated with cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the Bundle unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
6.3. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at orders@delicatus.be with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
6.4. If a customer wishes to return the qualifying items (the UV/Gel Halal Varnishes) for a refund, the complimentary Spa Kit must also be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
6.5. If the qualifying items are returned without the complimentary gifts, or if the gifts have been used/opened, the standard retail value of the Spa Kit (15,00€) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delicatus Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased under this Promotion.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to cancel, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
8.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
