TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER
This promotion is organized by Delicatus Boutique, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The “February Gifting Collection” runs from January 29, 2026, at 00:01 (CET) until stocks last, or until the following end dates:
- Valentine’s Offer: Ends February 16, 2026, at 23:59 (CET).
- Ramadan Offer: Ends March 09, 2026, at 23:59 (CET).
3. ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to all customers purchasing via https://delicatusboutique.com. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate families are excluded.
4. THE OFFERS
The promotion consists of tiered rewards based on the “Cart Value” (excluding shipping fees):
- Tier 1 (Valentine’s Gift Box):
- Threshold: Minimum purchase of 69,99€.
- Gift: One (1) Transparent Gift Box containing 2 heart-shaped lollipops and 3 handcrafted rose soaps.
- Availability: Valid until Feb 16, 2026, or while supplies last.
- Tier 2 (Ramadan Premium Gift Set):
- Threshold: Minimum purchase of 99,99€.
- Gift: One (1) Prayer Set containing 1 prayer mat and 1 set of prayer beads (Tasbih).
- Availability: Valid until Mar 09, 2026, or while supplies last.
- Tier 3 (The Double Celebration):
- Threshold: Minimum purchase of 150,00€.
- Gift: Both the Valentine’s Gift Box AND the Ramadan Prayer Set.
5. CONDITIONS OF OFFER
- Cumulative Eligibility: Offers are not cumulative for orders under 150,00€. A customer spending between 99,99€ and 149,99€ qualifies either for the Valentine’s (Tier 1) OR the Ramadan (Tier 2) Gift Set only.
- Double Gifting: Customers with a cart value of 150,00€ or higher are eligible to receive BOTH gifts (Tier 3). Depending on technical availability at checkout, the customer may be required to manually select/add both items to their cart to confirm their choice.
- Stock Limitations: Gifts are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equivalent value if stocks are exhausted.
- No Cash Value: The gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other products.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (CLAWBACK CLAUSE)
- Threshold Adjustments: If a customer returns items such that the Total Order Value falls below a specific tier’s threshold, the customer must return the gift(s) associated with that threshold.
Example: If a return reduces an order from 150,00€ to 110,00€, the customer is no longer eligible for the Valentine’s Gift and must return it, but may keep the Ramadan Gift Set (as the total remains above 99,99€). - Deduction of Value: If the required gift is not returned in its original unused condition, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct the value of the unreturned gift from the refund amount.
- Value deemed for Valentine’s Gifts: 15,00€
- Value deemed for Ramadan Gifts: 25,00€
7. SHIPPING
The qualifying threshold (69,99€ or 99,99€) refers to the price of the products only. Shipping costs do not count toward this threshold.
8. MODIFICATION
Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend these Terms and Conditions or the promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. LIABILITY
The Organizer is not liable for any allergies or adverse reactions caused by the consumable items (lollipops) or cosmetic items (soaps) included in the gift sets. Ingredients lists are provided on the product packaging; customers are responsible for reviewing these upon receipt.
