The Delicatus Boutique Cozy Winter Edition
1. Campaign Period
The “Cozy Winter Edition” offer is valid on delicatusboutique.com starting from December 1st, 2024, and will continue until stocks last or until the campaign is withdrawn by Delicatus Boutique.
2. Qualifying Thresholds
To be eligible for the free gifts, the customer’s “Cart Value” must meet the following criteria:
- Tier 1: Orders with a Cart Value of 55€ or more will receive one (1) Christmas Gift Box (containing Hot Chocolate Mix + Soap).
- Tier 2: Orders with a Cart Value of 70€ or more will receive one (1) Christmas Gift Box AND one (1) pair of Cozy Ear Muffs.
3. Definition of Cart Value
The “Cart Value” is calculated based on the total price of products purchased after any discount codes or vouchers have been applied, and excluding shipping costs.
(Example: If your cart is 60€, but you use a 10€ discount code, your final Cart Value is 50€. You would not qualify for the gift)
4. The Gifts
- The Christmas Gift Box consists of a hot chocolate mix and a soap.
- The Leopard Ear Muffs are available in dark brown and camel.
- Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- Gifts are automatically added to the cart once the threshold is met.
5. Availability and Substitution
This offer is valid only while stocks last. Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value if the original gift runs out of stock without prior notice.
6. Returns and Refunds
If a customer wishes to return products from an order that included a free gift:
- If the customer fails to return the gift, or if the gift has been used/opened, Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.
- If the return causes the total order value to fall below the 55€ or 70€ threshold, the customer is required to return the free gift(s) in their original, unused condition along with the purchased products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delicatus Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased under this Promotion. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Any personal information collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here. By completing a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
