The Delicatus Boutique Autumn Collection

1. General Terms
1.1. This promotion (“the Promotion”) is offered by Delicatus Boutique (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies exclusively to the purchase of the Autumn Collection Sets (“the Sets”).
1.2. The Promotion is valid only during the specified Promotion Period and is subject to product availability.
1.3. By purchasing a Limited Edition Autumn Set, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligible Products
2.1. The Promotion applies to the following four (4) Limited Edition Autumn Sets:
- Spiced Wine Glimmer Set (Burgundy & Gold Glitter)
- Tiramisu Kiss Set (Chocolate Brown & Creamy Nude)
- Matcha Swirl Set (Olive Green & Creamy Nude)
- Fall is Creeping Set (Our Halloween inspired)
2.2. Each Set includes:
- One (1) UV Gel Basecoat
- Two (2) UV Gel Varnish Colours (as specified per set)
- One (1) UV Gel Topcoat
- One (1) complimentary autumn gift (artisanal tea bag and hand warmers)
2.3. The Sets are offered at a promotional price of €84.95 per set (regular retail value of €95.80).
3. Limited Availability
3.1. The Limited Edition Autumn Sets are available in limited quantities only.
3.2. The Promotion will end on 30 November 2025 or when stock is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
3.3. We reserve the right to end or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
3.4. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Purchase and Payment
4.1. All purchases must be made through the official Delicatus Boutique website: https://delicatusboutique.com.
4.2. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
4.3. All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.4. The promotional price of €84.95 per Set applies only during the Promotion Period and cannot be combined with any other discount codes, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and are not included in the promotional price.
5.2. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment.

5.3. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processes.
5.4. The Sets will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. All sales of Limited Edition Autumn Sets are final.
6.2. Due to the limited-edition nature and hygiene considerations associated with cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the Sets unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
6.3. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at orders@delicatus.be with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
6.4. The complimentary gift (tea bag and hand warmers) is provided “as is” and is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
7. Complimentary Gift
7.1. The complimentary autumn gift included in each Set is a goodwill gesture and is provided free of charge.
7.2. The specific brand, flavour, or style of the tea bag and hand warmers may vary based on availability. We reserve the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
7.3. The gift has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
8. Referral Program: Cozy Deli Beauties
8.1. Eligibility
Participation in the “Cozy Deli Beauties” referral program (“the Program”) is open to all registered customers of Delicatus Boutique (“the Referrer”). A referred individual (“the Referred Friend”) must be a new customer who has not previously made a purchase with Delicatus Boutique.
8.2. How to Earn Rewards
The Program offers rewards based on two distinct actions:
- Reward for Sharing: A Referrer will receive forty (40) Beautie Drops instantly upon successfully sharing their unique referral link via the Gratisfaction platform, as tracked by our system. This reward is limited to one per Referrer for the duration of the campaign.
- Reward for Successful Referral: A “Successful Referral” is defined as a Referred Friend completing their first qualifying purchase using the Referrer’s unique link. Upon a Successful Referral:
- The Referrer will receive a bonus of fifty (50) Beautie Drops
- The Referred Friend will receive fifty (50) Beautie Drops, which will be applied as a discount to their first qualifying purchase.
8.3. Conditions and Limitations
- A “qualifying purchase” for the Referred Friend must be a minimum of one (1) Limited Edition Autumn Set.
- Beautie Drops are loyalty points, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Their redemption value is subject to the standard terms of the Deli Beautie loyalty program.
- Referral rewards may not be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.
- Referrers are prohibited from referring themselves or creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the Program. Such activity will result in the voiding of all associated rewards and potential account suspension.
- The unique referral link should only be shared with personal connections and must not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or used for spamming.
- Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to void rewards or disqualify participants if we suspect fraudulent activity, such as, but not limited to, spam, fake accounts, or misuse of the Program.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delicatus Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased under this Promotion.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All product names, designs, packaging, images, and promotional materials related to the Limited Edition Autumn Sets are the intellectual property of Delicatus Boutique.
10.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1. Any personal information collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here.
11.2. By completing a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
12.1. Delicatus Boutique reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
13.2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant.
